In this 90 minute (se)® Studio Workshop, Kat Alexander will discuss how to practice whole body wellness through the holiday season. You will be led through an educational discussion including understanding mindful eating techniques, why nutrient density is important through the holidays and how to easily incorporate it into your traditions, nutritious and delicious holiday recipes, as well as techniques on how to calm the mind and aid the body through accessible breath work and grounding stretching exercises.
