(se)® ORTHOPEDIC WELLNESS
(se)® Orthopedic Wellness is the foundation of our approach at Structural Elements® Hagerstown. Rooted in our expertise in fascia and myofascial release, we address structural imbalances that contribute to pain and inflammation, rather than simply treating symptoms. Our proprietary hands-on treatments, Regenerative Medicine, and Medical Weight Loss work together to restore balance, improve function, and support long-term health and wellness.
(se)® Treatment
Our signature (se)® Treatment is a proprietary, fascia-based approach to restoring structural balance throughout the body. Rooted in myofascial release, it uses fascia mapping and structural assessment to identify patterns of tension and imbalance that may contribute to pain and dysfunction. Treatment combines specialized manual therapy with acupuncture or dry needling techniques when appropriate to release restrictions, improve alignment, and support whole-body function. It’s the cornerstone of our Orthopedic Wellness model and a starting point for addressing complex structural imbalances.
Medical Weight Loss
Our physician-led Medical Weight Loss program supports both metabolic and orthopedic health. Excess weight can place additional stress on joints, fascia, and the body’s structural systems, contributing to pain, inflammation, and reduced mobility. Through individualized GLP-1 dosing, body composition tracking, nutritional guidance, and movement-focused education, we help patients manage weight while supporting muscle health, mobility, and long-term wellness. The goal is more than weight loss. It’s improving how your body functions, moves, and performs.
A FOUNDATION WITHIN A LARGER SYSTEM

Our integrated (se)® System makes it possible to connect services and build on your progress, supporting lasting improvements in how you move, feel, and function.
