Our Pilates program, like the (se)® LAB, builds on the structural balance created through Orthopedic Wellness. The focus is on strengthening core integration, repatterning movement, and helping your body move efficiently as a whole. Rather than isolated exercises, (se)® Pilates emphasizes connection - linking posture, breath, core support, and coordinated movement to support long-term function and resilience.
(se)® Private Pilates
One-on-one Pilates sessions designed around your body’s specific needs and goals. Sessions use a full range of Pilates apparatus - which may include reformers, towers, chairs, barrels, and the mat - to support alignment, challenge coordination, and build integrated strength. This personalized approach helps improve movement quality while respecting your body’s structure and history. All levels welcome. Packages Available
(se)® Duo Pilates
Shared Pilates sessions for two people - often friends or partners - looking to move together in a supportive setting. Using Pilates apparatus and mat-based work, Duo sessions provide individualized guidance for each participant while building alignment, core integration, and efficient movement. All levels welcome. (se)® Mat Pilates Classes
Group mat-based Pilates classes focused on core integration, postural support, and whole-body control. Classes take place in our beautiful (se)® Studio, offering a supportive environment to build strength from the inside out and maintain efficient, sustainable movement.
