Designed as a welcoming, community-focused space, the (se)® Studio offers group classes and experiences that support mobility, mindfulness, and connection - helping you stay consistent, inspired, and moving well over time.

Mat Pilates Classes

Our mat Pilates classes are offered at a variety of levels to meet you where you are and support progression over time. Classes may incorporate Pilates-based tools such as balls, resistance bands, circles, and specialty equipment like MOTR® to add variety, challenge, and fun. You may also find Pilates Barre-style offerings that blend strength, coordination, and flow in an energizing group format.  View our current schedule.

Our studio offers a range of yoga offerings designed to support mobility, breath, balance, and nervous system regulation. (se)® Workshops & Specialty Classes

These aren’t your typical workshops and specialty offerings.  Our workshops are educational by design - diving deeper into how your body works through topics like breath, injury prevention, fascia, and practical self-care strategies you can use at home. Our specialty classes add variety, creativity, and restoration to your movement practice, ranging from music-driven experiences to slower, nervous-system–focused sessions. Together, they reflect our belief that understanding your body should be both empowering and engaging - and that learning and movement are most effective when they go hand in hand.

CONSISTENCY WITHIN A CONNECTED MODEL

The (se)® Studio provides a consistent, community-based way to stay engaged with movement and wellness. While many begin elsewhere in the system, others start here—and that’s by design. The Studio is one part of an integrated approach where education, movement, and recovery support one another, making healthy movement accessible, sustainable, and part of everyday life.
