In this 4 week series, we will explore the nourishing practice of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra to help you find relaxation through the release of deep-held tensions as well as balance in the mind and body. The class will begin with a series of long-held, passive postures that will calm the mind and target the connective tissues and will conclude with Yoga Nidra - a healing and restorative guided meditation practice that provides deep rest and the experience of your natural state of equilibrium.
