This 6-week series, meeting once per week, focuses on improving movement efficiency by reducing unnecessary compensation patterns and building awareness of how your body moves. Using the (se)® Balance–Mobility–Strength sequence, sessions develop coordination, control, and foundational strength within an integrated system. This format supports body composition goals while helping you move better, feel better, and build a stronger foundation. With 3–5 participants per group, this allows for focused guidance in a supportive small-group environment.
