Join us for an intermediate to advanced 6-week (se)® Balance-Mobility-Strength Small Group Intensive designed specifically for women.
Meeting twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays from 8:30–9:30am with Christa Angelo, ACE-CPT, this focused series supports body composition goals through intelligent, education-based movement—integrating balance, mobility, strength, and higher-intensity conditioning in a structured, progressive format.
With just 3–5 participants per group, this format allows for more focused guidance in a supportive environment designed to help you move with more awareness, build strength with purpose, and develop consistency.
This group begins Tuesday, June 30. Due to the progressive nature of the program, new participants should have an established fitness foundation and be comfortable with intermediate to advanced exercise. Only 1–2 spots remain, so early registration is encouraged.
