Join us for a donation-based specialty movement session led by (se)® Instructors Kat Alexander and Christa Angelo. This all-levels class will begin with (se)® Mat Pilates and will flow into (se)® Gentle Yoga to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed!
This special class is FREE but we ask that participants please make donations to Hospice of Washington County.
A QR code and donation jar will be available at class.
Kat and Christa, along with fellow (se)® Instructors Anne Bertram and Shelly Strong, have been recruited by HWC to help raise funds for their Endowment Fund to benefit Doey's House, the only hospice house in Washington County. They will be raising funds through a variety of activities during this month long competition which begins October 8, 2024 and concludes with a fun festive finale dinner at the new Meritus Ball Park on Friday, November 8th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This special class is one of these special fundraising events.
