In this workshop, we will review low back conditions, debunk current beliefs about pain and management, and give you the tools you need to lessen back pain and discomfort: You’ll be led through pilates-inspired stretches and strengthening exercises, explore how body awareness can impact back pain, and discover tips and tricks to calming back flare ups through mind-body connection.
