Join us Thursday evenings this summer for Sunset Core & Stability, a Pilates-inspired class focused on core integration, posture, alignment, and controlled movement. Designed to improve stability, coordination, and whole-body strength, sessions emphasize intentional movement patterns that support long-term movement quality, resilience, and overall body function.

Individual classes may vary in focus, sequencing, and intensity throughout the summer series.

Thursdays from 6:00–7:00 pm.

$24 per session. Movement Members may use class credits.
