Join us for a 6-week (se)® Balance-Mobility-Strength Small Group Intensive designed specifically for women.

Meeting twice per week on Tuesdays and Fridays with Christa Angelo ACE-CPT, this focused series supports body composition goals through intelligent movement that integrates balance, mobility, strength, and higher-intensity conditioning.

With just 3–5 participants per group, this format allows for more focused guidance in a supportive environment designed to help you move better, build strength, and stay consistent as you head into summer.

Series begins April 7 and runs through May 22.
