Strength without balance is brute force.

BMS rebuilds movement from the inside out, following the body’s natural hierarchy:

1. Balance

We start by restoring stability, joint centration, and postural alignment. Without a stable base, the system can’t organize movement efficiently. Balance is the software update that prepares everything else to work properly.

2. Mobility
